Legends (season 1)

Set in the early 1990s, the story follows a time when Britain's customs authorities were struggling to combat the growing problem of drug smuggling. To tackle the issue, a group of ordinary Customs officers was recruited for a covert operation aimed at infiltrating some of the country's most dangerous drug-trafficking networks. Unlike professional spies, these men and women came from everyday backgrounds and received only basic undercover training before being sent into the criminal world. To blend in and gain the trust of criminals, each operative adopted a carefully crafted false identity known as a "Legend."
