Abigail Eames is a British actress born on October 5, 2003, in Worthing, West Sussex, England. She began her acting career at a young age, gaining recognition for her performances in both British and international productions.

Eames made her television debut in 2013 with the British TV movie Lawless. She continued to build her television portfolio with roles in series such as Harry & Paul's Story of the 2s (2014), Mr Selfridge (2016), and The Interceptor (2015). One of her notable roles was as Maebh Arden in the Doctor Who episode "In the Forest of the Night" (2014), where she portrayed a young girl with a special connection to nature.
