Adam Nagaitis is a British actor known for his intense performances in television dramas and historical productions. Born on 7 June 1985 in Chorley, Lancashire, England, he developed an interest in acting at a young age and later trained professionally in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
After leaving England at the age of 19, Nagaitis studied at the prestigious Stella Adler Conservatory in New York. He later returned to London to continue his training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), graduating with a BA in Acting in 2012.
Early Career
Nagaitis began appearing on screen as a teenager, making one of his earliest television appearances in Children's Ward. Following his formal acting training, he gradually built a reputation through supporting roles in television series and films, including Happy Valley, Banished, Suffragette, Houdini & Doyle, and The Man with the Iron Heart.
Breakthrough Roles
His major breakthrough came in 2018 when he portrayed Cornelius Hickey in the acclaimed historical horror series The Terror. His performance earned widespread praise for its complexity and intensity.
