Biography
Manish Om Prakash Tomer, professionally known as Aeklavya Tomer, is a multi-talented Indian actor, writer, producer, and director who primarily works in Hindi cinema. A commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, he began his career assisting renowned filmmakers and cinematographers such as Ashok Mehta and Manish Gupta.
Aeklavya has appeared in several popular crime-based TV shows like Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, and Naa Umra Ki Seema Ho. His film credits include The Big Bull (with Abhishek Bachchan, directed by Kookie Gulati and produced by Ajay Devgn), Dhamaka (directed and produced by Ram Madhvani), Kathal (with Sanya Malhotra, directed by Yashowardhan Mishra), Opium S7-24 (Odia film), Bishwa, and Ground Zero (opposite Emraan Hashmi). He also features in the upcoming Yash Raj Films web series Akka.
In addition to acting and direction, Aeklavya ventured into production with the short film Blue Quarantine under his banner Tomer Films, where he also served as writer, lyricist, director, cinematographer, and editor. The film was featured at the International Film Festival (IFF) 2020.
