Biography
Ajay Kumar, popularly known as Guinness Pakru, is an Indian actor, comedian, producer, and director who works primarily in Malayalam cinema. Born Ajay Kumar on 31 August 1976 in Kottayam, Kerala, he is known for his distinctive comic performances and character roles.
He entered the entertainment industry through mimicry and comedy programmes before making his film debut. He gained widespread recognition for his performances in Malayalam films and later adopted the screen name Guinness Pakru.
One of his notable films is My Big Father (2009), in which he played Kunjumon, the father of the character played by Jayaram. His other acting credits include Athbhutha Dweepu (2005), Alibhai (2007), Kuzhanthayum Kodambakkamum (2012), Vettah (2016), Masterpiece (2017), Mamangam (2019) and Janaki Jaane (2023).
Guinness Pakru also made history by playing a lead role in Athbhutha Dweepu, which featured a large cast of people with dwarfism. His work in the film earned him significant recognition.
In addition to acting, he has worked as a producer and director. He made his directorial debut with Kuttettan and has continued to be active in Malayalam entertainment.
