Ajit Kumar Barjatya
Biography
Ajit Kumar Barjatya is an Indian movie producer who started off his career in the industry with the 1972 film Piya Ka Ghar as an associate producer.
He was then the associate producer of several other movies like Saudagar, Ek Baar Kaho, Maine Pyar Kiya, Tapasya, and Chitchor.
He moved on to become a producer with the super hit Salman Khan - Madhuri Dixit starrer Hum Aapke Hain Koun...! He then went on to produce many popular movies like Hum Saath-Saath Hain, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, Vivah, Isi Life Mein...!, and Love U... Mr. Kalakaar! He was also the producer for the hit romantic drama film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, starring Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles, under the direction of Sooraj Barjatya.
The movie turned out to be a huge commercial hit. His 2019 release includes Hum Chaar, directed by Abhishek Dixit.
