Alex Loynaz
Biography
Alex Loynaz is an American actor and producer known for his work in film and television. He began his acting career in the mid-2000s and has built a diverse screen résumé spanning dramas, comedies, short films, and television series.
Loynaz made his feature-film debut in Pedro (2008), portraying AIDS activist Pedro Zamora. He subsequently appeared in projects including Greek, The Mentalist, Jane the Virgin, Famous in Love, and 9-1-1. In 9-1-1, he played Terry Flores.
He became particularly recognized for his role as Matthew Ramirez in Amazon Freevee's crime drama Bosch: Legacy (2022–2025). Ramirez works as a receptionist at Honey Chandler's law firm and appeared in 14 episodes during the show's first two seasons.
Loynaz has also worked as a producer, with credits including The Resurrectionists, Mondo Hollywoodland, Viva, and the television project Untitled Sixties Series.
