Alice Sophia Eve (born February 6, 1982) is a talented British-American actress who has made a notable mark in both film and television. Born in London to actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan, acting runs in her blood. She is the eldest of three children and has English, Irish, and Welsh ancestry. Her family spent some time in Los Angeles during her younger years before returning to the UK.
Eve's educational background includes attending Bedales School and Westminster School before taking a gap year to study at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. She then pursued English at St Catherine's College, Oxford University, where she also actively participated in student theatrical productions.
