Anend C. Chandran is an Indian cinematographer who works predominantly in Malayalam cinema. He is also known as Anand Chandran and has become recognized for his visually appealing and atmospheric cinematography.

 

 

Career

Anend C. Chandran began his career in cinematography with projects such as the short film Oru Kutty Chodyam (2012). He later worked as cinematographer on Neram (2013), directed by Alphonse Puthren.

His breakthrough came with Premam (2015), also directed by Alphonse Puthren. The film's distinctive visual treatment helped bring Chandran wider recognition among Malayalam film audiences.

He subsequently worked on Aanandam (2016), directed by Ganesh Raj. His cinematography captured the film's college-trip setting and locations, including Hampi and Goa, with a bright and natural visual style.
