Angela Harvey

Biography

Angela began her professional life in the nonprofit sector, working in communications for organizations responding to crises around the world. Her work took her into disaster-stricken and war-torn regions, where she documented stories of loss, resilience, and hope. These experiences shaped her understanding of human strength and inspired her transition into narrative storytelling for television and film.

Building on her background in real-world storytelling, Angela moved into screenwriting and quickly established herself in the industry. Her television credits include work on Teen Wolf (MTV), Salvation (CBS), Station 19 (ABC), and American Horror Stories (FX). Known for her strong character perspective and grounded emotional voice, she contributes depth and authenticity to every project she joins.

In addition to her television work, Angela is an independent filmmaker. She produces and directs her own films, with her most recent short premiering at the Austin Film Festival—an achievement that reflects her growing presence in the independent film community.

Outside of her creative projects, Angela is dedicated to advocacy and industry leadership. She serves on the Board of Directors for CARE Action, an organization committed to global humanitarian efforts, and is an active member of the WGA’s Political Action Committee, where she helps support issues impacting writers and workers across the entertainment industry.
