Biography
Angelique Cabral is an American actress, producer, and writer, born on January 28, 1979, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She studied musical theatre and French at Indiana University Bloomington and later pursued acting professionally. She began her screen career with appearances in daytime television before moving into film and primetime television.
Cabral gained recognition for her role as Staff Sergeant Jillian Perez in the Fox comedy series Enlisted (2014) and became widely known for playing Colleen Brandon-Ortega in the CBS sitcom Life in Pieces (2015–2019). She has also appeared in shows such as Happy Endings, Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, Devious Maids, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Grace and Frankie, Maggie, and Big Sky.
One of her notable roles is Becca Winograd-Diaz in the Amazon animated series Undone (2019–2022). She appeared throughout both seasons as Alma's younger sister, who becomes involved in her family's complicated story.
Her film credits include Friends with Benefits (2011), The Perfect Family (2011), Band Aid (2017), All About Nina (2018), How It Ends (2021), and Disney's animated film Wish (2023), in which she voiced Queen Amaya.
Cabral has continued to work across television, film, animation, and theater. Her later credits include Dragons: The Nine Realms, With Love, Maggie, Big Sky, and Long Story Short, demonstrating her versatility across comedy, drama, and voice acting.
