Biography
Ankur Poddar is an Indian director and actor who gained fame through his controversial viral video "My Choice- Male Version" (2015). He has an extensive background in directing, having worked on various corporate films, advertising films, travel shows, and music videos.
Poddar's talent also found its place in the digital realm as he became a member of 'TVF- The Viral Fever' and contributed to the acclaimed second season of India's pioneering web series, 'Permanent Roommates'.
Venturing into non-fiction shows, he worked on some of India's most captivating reality programs like Bigg Boss, India's Next Superstars, Indian Idol, Dilli Darlings, Super Dancer, and Kaun Banega Crorepati.
Keeping up with the rise of digital platforms in India, Poddar has worked on popular shows such as The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, Social Currency, Cricket ka Ticket, LOL Hasse to Phasse, etc., collaborating with renowned platforms such as Netflix, Zee5, Flipkart, Sony Liv, and Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar & Jio Cinema.
