Anubhav Singh Bassi was born on January 9, 1991, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. Raised in a middle-class family, he had a fairly typical upbringing. He completed his schooling in Meerut before pursuing a law degree. Bassi graduated with a BA LLB from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in Lucknow.
