Anula Navlekar
Biography
Anula Navlekar is a film, TV, and theater actor from India, based between New York and Mumbai.
Recent screen credits include a leading role in the international independent film Companion (2023) produced by Minor Realm and Picture Works Australia and a starring role in the upcoming Netflix series 'Soup'.
She made her film debut while still in high school, in the 2012 film titled B.A Pass. Other film credits include primary roles in the Netflix film 'Brahman Naman' and the web-series 'What the Folks'.
She won the Best Actor award in the 3rd Indian Cine Film Festival for the short film 'Fault'.
Born in New Delhi, she did her schooling followed by graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Literature, Psychology, and Performing Arts from Christ University, Bangalore. She went on to complete her MFA in Acting from the Yale School of Drama in 2020.
