He actively participated in plays during his college years at Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai. Pandit's career took off as an associate director, working on popular television shows like "Nukkad," "Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi," and "Circus." He later ventured into independent production and direction, creating successful shows like "Filmi Chakkar" and "Tere Mere Sapne."
