Badusha

Biography

N. M. Badusha is an Indian film producer, production manager, and production controller associated primarily with the Malayalam film industry. He has worked behind the scenes on numerous Malayalam films and has also taken on acting and production responsibilities.

Early Life and Career

Badusha was born on 31 May 1977 in Aroor, Kerala. He completed his schooling at GHS Chandiroor and later graduated from Santa Cruz College. He entered the Malayalam film industry around 2000 and established himself in production management.

As a production controller and manager, he has been involved with more than 100 Malayalam films. His early production-management credits include films such as Vargam, Kurukshetra, Pokkiri Raja and Lonappante Mamodeesa.

Career as a Producer

Badusha later expanded his career into film production. He has served as producer, co-producer, executive producer and line producer on numerous projects. His production credits include Nizhal (2021), Vela (2023), Voice of Sathyanathan (2023), Vedikkettu (2023), Virunnu (2024) and Rachel (2025).

He also co-produced Maharani (2023) and worked as a line producer on films including B 32 Muthal 44 Vare and Nishiddho.

Notable Works

Among his better-known production credits are Nizhal, a mystery thriller starring Kunchacko Boban and Nayanthara, and Vela, starring Shane Nigam and Sunny Wayne. He was also one of the producers of Vedikkettu, directed by Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George.
