Rao began his acting career in the early 1960s and gained prominence with his roles in films such as Gudachari 116 (1966) and Jagame Maya (1973). Rama Rao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Chiranjeevi, and Balakrishna showcased his adaptability and enduring appeal.
