Chandan Anand is an Indian actor known for his journey from the corporate world to digital entertainment and acting.
Early Life and Education
Chandan Anand began his professional journey with a strong academic background. He completed his engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and later pursued a PGDM from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
Early Career
He initially started his career in acting with a role in the film Oye Lucky! ¡Lucky Oye! However, he soon shifted focus toward academics and corporate life, working with major companies such as HSBC, ShopClues, Cisco, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Return to Acting
In 2016, Chandan Anand returned to acting part-time through web sketches with ScoopWhoop. His performances gained attention, leading him to audition for The Timeliners, where he secured a role after a successful self-test.
He rose to prominence with his role in The Aam Aadmi Family, which became a popular digital series. He also appeared in projects like STAGS and continued balancing acting with his job as a management consultant.
Full-Time Acting Career
In October 2018, Chandan made the decision to leave his corporate career and pursue acting full-time. He went on to feature in commercials for brands such as Anytime Fitness and Datsun India.
He further expanded his work with roles in series like Fathers (Season 2) and continued his association with The Aam Aadmi Family, appearing in later seasons.
