Biography
Charan Raj is a music director who mainly works in the Kannada film industry. Though he made his debut in Harivu (2014), his first breakthrough came in 2015 when the album Winds of Samsara won the Grammy Award for Best New Age Album.
The album featured him as a vocalist. The year 2016 was a turning point in his career as both his Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu and Jeerjimbe`s music was a chartbuster and for the latter, he won the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Music Director.
His 2018 projects include Dalapathi and Jeerjimbe. His other releases include Kavaludaari (2019), Avane Srimannarayana (ASN) (2019), Popcorn Monkey Tiger (2020), Bheemasena Nalamaharaja (2020) and Salaga (2021).
