Biography
Chimbu Deven is an Indian film director primarily working in the Tamil industry. He made his directorial debut with the blockbuster comedy film Imsai Arasan 23m Pulikesi in 2006. He was a cartoonist in Ananda Vikatan at the start of his career.
He has made movies like Arai En 305-il Kadavul (2007), Irumbukkottai Murattu Singam (2010), and Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaniyum (2014). His next direction is Puli set to release in 2015.
In 2021, is the Venkat Prabhu's co-production Kasada Thapara. The story is split into six portions with each portion boasting of different technicians. A collection of short stories connected by a hyperlinked narrative.
