Biography

Choi Dae-hoon (Korean: 최대훈), born on November 16, 1980, is a South Korean actor renowned for his work in both theater and screen productions. A graduate of the Department of Theater at Chung-Ang University, Choi embarked on his acting career with a film debut in 2002, starring in the short film In The Jungle (Javan Mackerel).

 

Choi has appeared in various notable films, including Superstar Thank You and The Terror Live, showcasing his versatility across different genres. His television career also includes appearances in several popular dramas such as Bridal Mask, Big, Crazy Love, The Queen of Office, Six Flying Dragons, My Father Is Strange, Lawless Lawyer, Heart Surgeons, and Confession. His performances in these roles have earned him praise for his ability to portray a range of characters.

 

One of his most significant achievements came from his role in the critically acclaimed drama Beyond Evil (2021), where his performance earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards.
