Biography
Choi Ri is a South Korean actress, born on June 29, 1995, in Geochang County, South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. She studied dance at Chung-Ang University before pursuing a career in acting.
She made her acting debut in Spirits' Homecoming (2016), portraying Eun-kyung. Her performance earned her the New Rising Award at the 53rd Grand Bell Awards. She subsequently appeared in films including Keys to the Heart (2018), The Juror (2019), and Whispering Corridors: The Humming (2021).
On television, Choi Ri became known for roles in Goblin (2016–2017), Witch at Court (2017), Come and Hug Me (2018), and Netflix's My First First Love (2019), in which she played Oh Ga-rin. She also starred as Lee Roo-da in Birthcare Center (2020).
In Bloody Heart (2022), she portrayed Jo Yeon-hee, appearing alongside Lee Joon, Kang Han-na, and Jang Hyuk. Her later work includes A Normal Family and the 2024 KBS Drama Special The Two Women.
With experience in both film and television, Choi Ri has developed a diverse career through historical dramas, romance, thrillers, and contemporary stories.
