Curtis Armstrong is an American actor renowned for his distinctive voice and ability to bring quirky, memorable characters to life. Born on November 27, 1953, in Detroit, Michigan, Armstrong's career has spanned decades, with roles in numerous films and television series.   

Early Life and Education:

Armstrong's interest in acting began early in life. He attended Berkley High School in Berkley, Michigan, where he developed his passion for the stage. He later studied at the Academy of Dramatic Art at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, graduating in 1975.   

A Diverse Career:

Armstrong's career took off in the 1980s with notable roles in films like Risky Business (1983) and Better Off Dead (1985). However, it was his portrayal of "Booger" in the Revenge of the Nerds film series that catapulted him to stardom. This iconic role, with its signature nasal voice and geeky persona, resonated with audiences and cemented Armstrong's place in pop culture.   

Beyond his film work, Armstrong has enjoyed a successful television career. He played the recurring role of Herbert Viola on the popular series Moonlighting (1985-1989) and has made guest appearances on numerous other shows, including Supernatural, The New Girl, and American Dad!
