Damon Herriman, born on March 31, 1970, in Adelaide, South Australia, is an accomplished Australian actor and writer. He began his acting career at a young age, appearing in local television commercials at the age of eight. His early work included roles in Australian series such as "The Sullivans," "The Patchwork Hero," and "Sara Dane."

 

 

Herriman's versatility as an actor is evident in his diverse body of work across film, television, and theater. He gained international recognition for his portrayal of Dewey Crowe in the FX series "Justified" (2010–2015). Notably, he portrayed Charles Manson in both the Netflix series "Mindhunter" and Quentin Tarantino's film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" in 2019.

 

 

In addition to his acting career, Herriman has written and directed several short films, including "They" and "The Date," which were finalists at Tropfest. He won the Best Screenplay award at Flickerfest for the short film "Soar," in which he also performed.
