Daniella Kertesz is an Israeli actress, best known for her roles in both international and Israeli productions. Born on March 11, 1989, in Jerusalem, Israel, Kertesz has established herself as a versatile performer with a film and television career.

Early Life and Background: Kertesz spent her early childhood in the Yemin Moshe neighborhood of Jerusalem before moving to Tel Aviv at 15. She initially pursued a passion for dance, studying it from the age of three and attending the Rubin Academy of Music and Dance. 

Her acting career began at 14 when a chance encounter with a casting director led to an audition for a new television series. She secured the part in the Israeli series Reds (Adumot), where she played the main character, Noa Sperling, a 15-year-old soccer player. Kertesz is fluent in English, French, and Hebrew, and has also studied Spanish.

Career Highlights: Kertesz gained significant international recognition for her role as "Segen," an Israeli soldier, in the 2013 Hollywood blockbuster World War Z, starring alongside Brad Pitt. Her performance in the action-horror film brought her to a wider global audience.

Beyond World War Z, Kertész has a notable filmography in both English and Hebrew language productions. Her other film credits include starring as Onie in the psychological thriller After Death and appearing in Incitement.
