Biography

Darshan Jariwala is a National Award-winning Indian film, stage, and television actor. Primarily known for his supporting roles in Bollywood, Darshan`s most memorable roles have come in films like Aaja Nachle (2007), Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd. (2007), Gandhi, My Father (2007), Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (2009), Kahaani (2012) and the Hollywood sports drama film Million Dollar Arm (2014).

 

 Notable film credits also include Halla Bol (2008), Raajneeti (2010), Rowdy Rathore (2012), Commando (2013), Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana (2017), and Oxygen (2018).

For his portrayal of Mohandas Gandhi in the biographical drama film Gandhi My Father, he won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2007. Significant television credits include Adaalat, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, and Saas Bina Sasural.

 

 Darshan is also a seasoned Gujarati theatre artist and owns a theatre production company called Leela Productions. His 2019 release includes Cheel Zadap, directed by Dharmesh Mehta. In 2021, he appeared in the movies Hello Charlie and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
