Dichen Lachman
Biography
Dichen Lachman, born 22 February 1982 in Kathmandu, Nepal, is an Australian actress and model of Tibetan and Australian heritage. She moved to Adelaide, Australia, with her family at the age of seven and later pursued acting professionally.
She gained early recognition as Katya Kinski on the Australian soap opera Neighbours (2005–2007) and later starred as Sierra in the science-fiction series Dollhouse (2009–2010).
Lachman became internationally known for roles including Jiaying in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Anya in The 100, and Reileen Kawahara in Netflix's Altered Carbon. She also appeared in Animal Kingdom as Frankie.
Her film credits include Aquamarine (2006), Lust for Love (2014), Too Late (2015), Raya and the Last Dragon (2021), Jurassic World Dominion (2022), and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (2024).
Lachman later joined the main cast of Apple TV+'s Severance, playing Ms. Casey/Gemma Scout, one of her most acclaimed recent roles.
