Ganesh Pai
Biography
Ganesh Pai, born on August 6 in Mumbai to Bhaskar and Bharati Pai, hails from a middle-class family and has a younger brother named Naresh Pai. After completing his education at Mumbai University, he began his career in the hospitality industry, working in 5-star hotels. His dedication and work ethic eventually led him to rise to the position of Restaurant Manager.
Although he never envisioned a career in acting, a strong desire for change pushed him toward new possibilities. Focusing on improving his physical appearance and grooming, Ganesh started receiving modeling and advertising assignments. This led to opportunities on the runway and eventually sparked interest from the film industry. Though initially hesitant, he decided to train seriously in acting, dialogue delivery, and performance, joining theater groups in Mumbai and Lucknow to gain experience and confidence.
His major break came with the action film MUM-BHAI..The Gangsters, where he starred alongside renowned actors like Om Puri, Mahima Chaudhary, and Sanjay Kapoor. Although the film didn't get a proper release, Ganesh's persistence paid off when he played the main antagonist in Chicken Curry Law, sharing screen space with Ashutosh Rana. His performance earned critical praise and audience appreciation. He went on to act in a Marathi film and a web series as well.
In his personal life, Ganesh married Vaishali in April 2016, and the couple has a son named Arnish.
