Biography
Gokul Suresh is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Malayalam cinema. He is the son of veteran Malayalam actor and politician Suresh Gopi and began his acting career in the mid-2010s.
Early Life and Career
Gokul Suresh was born on 29 September 1993 in Kerala. He completed his education before entering the film industry and initially pursued interests outside acting. He made his acting debut with Mudhugauv (2016), directed by Vipin Das. The romantic comedy introduced him as a lead actor.
He subsequently appeared in films including Masterpiece (2017), Ira (2018), Soothrakkaran (2019) and Ulta (2019). His performances allowed him to explore different genres and character types.
Career Development
Gokul later took on more varied roles in films such as Paappan (2022), directed by Joshiy and starring his father, Suresh Gopi. He also appeared in Gaganachari (2024), a science-fiction film that received attention for its unconventional storytelling and futuristic setting.
