Early Life and Education

Before venturing into the film industry, Gowtam pursued engineering and later completed an MBA. He worked in the IT department of Deloitte for approximately eight years, gaining substantial experience in the corporate sector.

Career in Film

Gowtam's passion for cinema led him to transition from IT to filmmaking. He made his directorial debut with the Telugu romantic drama "Malli Raava" in 2017, starring Sumanth and Aakanksha Singh. The film received critical acclaim for its heartfelt narrative and nuanced storytelling, establishing Gowtam as a director to watch.

In 2019, he directed "Jersey," featuring Nani in the lead role.
