Gunjit Chopra
Biography
Gunjit is an Indian screenwriter who is known for co-creating the critically acclaimed Netflix murder mystery series Kohrra, produced by Clean Slate Films, alongside showrunner Sudip Sharma, whom he also worked with on the highly praised Amazon Prime series Paatal Lok.
Kohrra stars Barun Sobti and Suvinder Vicky in leading roles and has been affirmed as one of the best shows to come out in 2023. He has worked on projects such as Abhishek Chaubey's Udta Punjab and Semshook in different capacities.
Gunjit has also written dialogues for Bejoy Nambiar's feature Taish and has been working on a feature-length documentary on legendary Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila. He is currently developing a feature with a leading Indian studio.
