Gurutej Shetty(Guruvendra Shetty) entered the film industry as a screenwriter and director, primarily working in the Kannada film industry. He made his directorial debut with the film "Nannedeya Haadu" (2008), a love story. The film received positive recognition and marked the beginning of his career.
Following his debut, Gurutej Shetty (Guruvendra Shetty) went on to work on various projects in different genres.
