Hughes Winborne
Biography
Hughes Winborne is an acclaimed film editor who is known for his work in Hollywood films. The member of the American Cinema Editors started his career as an editor with Plagues, a TV film in 1988 before making his debut in a feature film The Last Good Time (1994).
After a bit of initial struggle, Winborne rose to fame with his work in the critically acclaimed film Crash (2004) for which he won his maiden Academy Award for Best Editing and the American Cinema Editors Award for Best Edited Feature Film. His other popular films include The Pursuit of Happyness (2006), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and Fences (2016).
