Isha Sharvani was born on September 29, 1984, in Gujarat, India. She comes from an artistic family—her mother, Daksha Sheth, is a renowned Indian classical and contemporary dancer, and her father, Dev Issaro, is an Australian musician. Growing up in such a creative environment, Isha developed a passion for dance from a young age.
She trained extensively in contemporary dance, aerial techniques, Kalaripayattu, and yoga, becoming one of the most technically skilled performers in India.
Career Beginnings in Dance
Isha began performing professionally as part of the Daksha Sheth Dance Company, touring internationally and showcasing innovative dance productions that blended Indian classical forms with contemporary styles.
