Early Life and Education

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Jai Khanna pursued higher education at the University of California, Davis. During his time at UC Davis, he was not only academically inclined but also excelled as a student-athlete, earning recognition as an All-American baseball player.

 

Career in Entertainment

Khanna commenced his entertainment career in 1996 at the Writers & Artists Agency. In 1998, he joined Brillstein Entertainment Partners, a premier management and production firm in Hollywood, where he dedicated over 22 years. At Brillstein, he held various roles, including Talent Manager, Producer, and Packaging Agent, representing a roster of high-profile clients such as Eva Mendes, Sarah Silverman, Irrfan Khan, Tiffani Thiessen, Hrithik Roshan, Ike Barinholtz, and Larenz Tate.

 

Throughout his tenure, Khanna contributed to over 25 films as a Producer or Executive Producer, successfully raising over $300 million in capital for various projects.
