Jal Mistry
Biography
Jal Mistry was an Indian cinematographer of Hindi cinema who won the Filmfare Award for Best Cinematographer four times for the Baharon Ke Sapne (1968), Heer Raanjha (1971), Jheel Ke Us Paar (1974) and Kudrat (1982).
Some other noted works include Aakhri Khat, Barsaat, and Naseeb. In 1960, he co-produced Bombai Ka Babu with Raj Khosla. His other movies include Bombay to Goa (1972), Bidaai (1974), Teri Kasam (1982) and Prem Granth (1996).
He passed away in the year 2000.
