Jamie Dornan was born on May 1, 1982 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. He is an actor and producer, known for The Fall (2013), A Private War (2018), and Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar (2021). He has been married to Amelia Warner since April 27, 2013. They have three children.

Was in a relationship with actress Keira Knightley from 2003 to 2005. They met on the set of an Asprey photo shoot in 2003.

Was a Calvin Klein model.

His father, Jim Dornan, was an obstetrician and gynecologist who, according to Jamie, has delivered over 6,000 babies in his lifetime. His father died on March 15 2021 from COVID-19.

Has three children with Amelia Warner: a daughter named Dulcie, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on 21 November 2013; a second daughter, Elva, born in the UK on 16 February 2016, and a third daughter, born on the UK on 31 March 2019.

Is very good friends with fashion journalist Hadley Freeman as well as actors Andrew Garfield and Eddie Redmayne. They were all looking for acting work around the same time.

Played a serious level of rugby in his native Northern Ireland.
