Biography

Jason Concepcion hosts the weekly pop culture and entertainment podcast X-RAY VISION with Rosie Knight for Crooked Media.

Jason is also the Co-Producer and Co-Host of THE OFFICIAL GAME OF THRONES PODCAST: HOUSE OF THE DRAGON with Greta Johnson for HBO. The podcast is the go-to audio destination to unpack and discuss everything Game of Thrones for casual and die-hard fans alike.

Jason Concepcion first gained notoriety through his popular Twitter account @netw3rk. By 2014, his witty social media missives on sports and pop culture got him hired as a staff writer for Grantland. In 2016, Jason joined The Ringer as a writer, podcaster, and host before being promoted to the title of Senior Creative. His podcasts included NBA DESKTOP, BINGE MODE, AFTER THE THRONES, TALK THE THRONES, and THE CONNECT (with Shea Serrano).

In November 2020, Jason began creating content for CROOKED MEDIA, launching the weekly sports & cultural podcast TAKELINE with Renee Montgomery; a weekly NBA series NBA ALL CAPS; as well as X-RAY VISION, a podcast transcending pop culture and entertainment - taking listeners from Middle-Earth to Waystar Royco, and everything in between.

Jason is a writer for the IMDB series PRIMO created by Shea Serrano and Mike Schur for Amazon, which will premiere in May 2023.

Jason and Shea have also written the feature MIGUEL WANTS TO FIGHT, to be directed by Oz Rodriguez and produced by American High for Hulu, which will premiere in 2023

On January 31, 2023, Jason presented a customized self-titled category on the quiz show JEOPARDY!
