Biography

Jasdeep Singh known as Jass Brar worked as a Director, actor, and story writer in the Punjabi film industry and theater. Jass Brar hails from the village of Dhillwan Kalan AA in the Faridkot district of Punjab. He was born in a Sikh family on February 14, his father Baldev Singh, and his mother Jaswant Kaur. He has a younger brother Amandeep Brar. Jass Brar started his career as an actor in theater in 1999. 

He did near about 50 plays as an actor and 30 plays as a Director. He was awarded Best Director in the Northern India Science Drama contest in 2011. under his direction various plays got first positions In 2013 play "Izit Ke Nam Pe" got a gold medal from Punjabi University Patiala, 2019 also got a gold medal from Maharaja Ranjeet Singh University Bathinda. He started his film career in 2011 with the Punjabi feature film Jatt Boys. 

Putt Jattan De as an Actor. He worked as an Assistant Director with famous directors Kavi Raj, Ravi Punj, Imran Sheik, Avtar Singh, etc. As an assistant director, he worked for various movies. Gandhi Gangster 2, Big Daddy, Kande, Titanic, Tera Desh, Waiting For You, Lukan Mechi Directed by M Hundal. Worked as an associate Director Web series Student War, Punjab online, Main v Chowkidar. 

He played the main lead role in the TV serial Tark Di Shan Te (Peti Vala Bhoot) on Time TV. played a negative role songs "Lagg Daat" by Singer Harsh Bains & "Burz Khalifa" by singer Manpreet K and worked as a director for the song Love Mania. He was the creative director of the short movie "Tabbar".
