Biography
Jeetu Arora is an accomplished Indian director, writer, and actor whose work spans films, television, and digital platforms. He began his career in front of the camera, appearing in films such as Laawaris (1999) and Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye (2000). His early acting years laid the foundation for his understanding of storytelling, character development, and the nuances of performance.
Transition to Direction & Writing
Arora’s shift from acting to directing marked the beginning of a highly impactful phase in his career. He gained nationwide recognition with the popular television series Kumkum Bhagya, a long-running daily soap that became one of India’s most loved shows.
He co-directed the romantic drama Kitani Mohabbat Hai (2009) alongside Kushal Zaveri, further strengthening his position as a dependable storyteller on television. As a writer, he contributed to the screenplay of Shukriya: Till Death Do Us Apart (2004), showcasing his versatility behind the scenes.
