Jeon Jong Seo
Biography
Jeon Jong-seo is a South Korean actress known for her powerful performances in film and television. She made her acting debut in Burning (2018), directed by Lee Chang-dong, and quickly attracted international attention for her portrayal of Hae-mi.
She gained further recognition with The Call (2020), for which she received the Baeksang Arts Award for Best Actress. Her other notable films include Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon (2021), Nothing Serious (2021), and Ballerina (2023).
On television, Jeon starred in the thriller series Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area (2022), playing Tokyo, and appeared in Wedding Impossible (2024). She is known for taking on intense, complex characters and has established herself as one of the prominent actresses of contemporary South Korean cinema.
