Jessica Khurana
Biography
Jessica Khurana is an Indian scriptwriter and storyteller known for her versatile work across television and web series. Born in Ludhiana, Punjab, she completed her early education at Sacred Heart Convent, Ludhiana, before pursuing fashion design at Raffles International. She further enhanced her skills with a diploma from Pearl and a postgraduate degree from FAD International, Mumbai.
Although Jessica initially followed her passion for design, inspired by her mother, her love for writing led her to scriptwriting. She made her mark with projects like the Sony series Peshwa Bajirao and the Star Plus special Koi Laut Aya. Her talent was recognized in 2019 when she received the “Youngest and Most Talented Writer of the Year” award at the Golden Glory Awards, along with the Perfect Woman award by Midday.
In addition to her television work, Jessica has collaborated with Vikram Bhatt's Loneranger Productions and Balaji Telefilms. She has written scripts for numerous shows, including Hadh, Rain, Unafraid, Memories, Untouchables, and Spotlight (Seasons 1 & 2), as well as various Tollywood productions. Her unique blend of creativity and storytelling continues to make her a prominent voice in the Indian entertainment industry.
