Born and raised in LA, JimiJame$ co-founded Boss Academy alongside her creative partner, Wow Jones, to blend music, art, and fashion and to inspire the next generation of artists. Together, they are known for a sound that integrates R&B, pop, and alternative trap with a distinct 80s influence, creating a style both modern and nostalgic.
JimiJame$ has gained recognition in recent years for her work as a composer on major TV projects. In 2024, she and Wow Jones composed the original score for AMC’s television series Parish, a show starring Giancarlo Esposito that showcases their musical versatility and storytelling abilities. Their music was released on platforms like Milan Records, bringing their dynamic sound to a wider audience.
