Jim May is an American film editor best known for his work on major Hollywood action, adventure, and fantasy films. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for crafting fast-paced, visually dynamic films, particularly those featuring extensive visual effects and large-scale action sequences.
May began his career in the film industry working in visual effects editorial during the early 1990s. He contributed to several high-profile productions and gained valuable experience working with visual effects teams before transitioning into film editing.
