Early Life and Education

Grifasi's passion for acting ignited early in his life. After graduating from Bishop Fallon High School, he briefly attended Canisius College before serving in the United States Army. His pursuit of acting led him to the prestigious Yale School of Drama, where he honed his craft and met his future wife, jazz soprano saxophonist Jane Ira Bloom.
