Biography

Kavi, full name Kanwaljeet Singh born in a small town Jandiala Guru, district Amritsar, Punjab, is a theatre and movie actor.

After b.com he pursued Chartered Accountancy and left at finals after 5 years. Then he studied MA in theatre from the Indian Theatre Department, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

After passing out he tried auditions in Chandigarh only and got a small part in a warning movie. After a warning, soon he started getting important characters. He has played a different character in every movie.

He is known for playing pivot characters in movies Panchhi, Babbar, Chobbar, and Medal. His work is really commendable in the web series Shikari 2.
