Khalid Rahman was born on 19 February 1986 in Kochi, Kerala, India. He is an Indian filmmaker and actor who primarily works in Malayalam cinema. He made his directorial debut with Anuraga Karikkin Vellam (2016), which was well received for its engaging storytelling and performances. He later directed Unda (2019), a critically acclaimed comedy-drama starring Mammootty, and Thallumaala (2022), a stylish action-comedy known for its energetic presentation and innovative editing.
