Biography
Kshitee Jog (born 1 January 1983) is an Indian actress who works primarily in Hindi television, as well as in Hindi and Marathi films. She is widely recognized for her roles in popular TV serials and has built a strong presence in Indian television over the years.
Career
Kshitee Jog is best known for her role as Saraswati in the Zee TV daily soap Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyann. She gained further fame for portraying Dr. Devyani Singhania, Naitik's step-mother and Naira's step-grandmother, in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, a role she played for seven years in one of the longest-running Indian soaps.
She also appeared in Sony TV’s Maan Rahe Tera Pitaah and was part of the comedy sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, before being replaced by Shital Thakkar. Additionally, she acted in the TV series Navya, which concluded on 29 June 2012.
Personal Life
Kshitee Jog was born to Marathi actors Anant Jog and Ujjwala Jog, giving her a strong background in performing arts. In 2012, she married Marathi actor-director Hemant Dhome.
