Lee Eung Bok
Biography
Lee Eung-bok is a South Korean television director, born in 1969 in South Korea. He began his directing career at KBS and became known for popular dramas including Dream High (2011), School 2013 (2012), and Secret Love (2013).
He gained major recognition for directing Descendants of the Sun (2016), Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016–2017), and Mr. Sunshine (2018).
Lee later directed Netflix's Sweet Home (2020–2024), a monster-horror series that became an international hit, as well as Jirisan (2021).
He is particularly known for his work across romance, fantasy, historical drama, and horror.
