Leela Samson
Biography
Former chairperson of the CBFC, Leela Samson is a well-known Bharatanatyam dancer who was also appointed as the director of the arts and cultural academy Kalakshetra in 2005.
Making her cinematic debut, the Bharatanatyam instructor was seen in Mani Ratnam`s 2015 romance OK Kanmani, which was remade in 2017 and titled OK Jaanu starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor. Her 2019 releases include Adithya Varma and Sillu Karuppatti.
